B- finding out that her and Mom are going to Miley Cyrus Concert

Back in June one of B- friends mom called and ask if we would like to go to this concert to celebrate her friends Birthday. It was a secret from both of them. Of course B- loves Hannnah Montana and has "dreamed her whole life to meet her", that's what she said "word for word." This is B- reaction when she found out she is going to the Miley Cyrus concert November 3rd 2009.

Family Reunion

This last summer we went to Salt Lake City, Utah for G's family reunion. It was the first time in years that we have all been together. My parents reserved a place at "This is the Place"Heritage Park. This place was loaded with the history of our church and tons of things for the whole family to do. On the reserved day, we were there all day. We had a picnic, went on train rides, pony rides, did crafts, pet the animals, etc. We were there for a week but that wasen't long enough. I love being with my family and can't wait to see them all again. Great memories were made and will always be remembered!
Beautiful Utah!

I love this picture!

It was so hot the day we went. My mom decided to by us some ice cream to cool off. So we took the little train up to the ice cream shop and enjoyed some cones. My favorite was called playdough, it was so good I have never had it anywhere else.

I thought my mom looked so cute in her hat!

MMMMM Good Ice Cream!

One of the days we were there we went to an indoor water park. It was so fun. It had a lazy river, slides and whirlpool. The kids had a great time. They had so much fun I never got any pictures of them , just Lilly and I hung out together.

Some of the grandkids did some skits and then there were prizes. Everyone thought it was rigged because our family for some reason got most of the prizes.

All us sisters together! So which one looks the youngest?

Cute Cousins!

Auntie Em with H- and B-

In Sandy where we stayed there was some hiking trails. Some were farther up then others. The guys went all the way to the top to the lake and went fishing. And then my Dad took my older sister and I about half way up the same trail the next day. It was beautiful up there, I had a feeling of peace as I looked over the green mountains knowing that this is how God tells his children he loves them. We didn't have time to go to the top but I know it would have been an adventure!

My awesome Brother!

B- and L- First day of school!!

The first day of school is always very exciting, especially when both your kids get to go together. They love being at the same school together and they get to see each other at lunch time, which I think is very cool. Here's B- in her first day of school outfit looking all grown up.
And L- of course with her Birthday hat on is all ready for kindergarten.

L-'s Birthday

L- Turned 5yrs on August 26th, which was the first day of Kindergarten. This made her day extra special. She felt so grown up going to school. This is one of the 3 little parties she had and the most memorable because it was with her family. She wore her Birthday hat all day long and into the next day she was sooo happy that she was finally 5. My baby is too big for her britches. I do have to say 5 is one of my favorite ages because they are still innocent and they say the funniest things.
B- is such a sweet sister. She's reading her card to her.

And I think B- is just as excited as L- about all her presents.

This is the look of anticipation.

L- got a scooter, which she wanted and loves.

This is the party inflatable, because L- loves princesses especially Sleeping Beauty.

Fun days so far this summer!

Swimming Lessons at the pool!
B- and L- took lessons all last week, they both did a fabulous job and worked hard. B- pasted on to level 4 and L- went from Minnows to level 1. So that's where we will be again next week. We stayed and swam at the pool after lessons each day and soaked up the sun. They have camps come some days so those are the days we leave early! But we all had alot of fun with friends and family! L- likes to open her eyes under water, so her eyes get really red.
B- and L- and Cousin H-

B- and H- best cousins!

I can't tell if she's laughing or choking on her life jacket. Looks like she needs a smaller one.

It seems to be working OK here!

B-Practicing her dive.

She's got great form there!

Lilly diving under water for water rings and doing a great job!

Looking cool in the water!

"It's a little cold today Mr. I'm not sure I want to get in the water."

L- is enjoying a homeade blueberry smoothie from a friend! It gets better by the second!

I took the girls to get their hair cut at Main Attraction, I was the one who originally had the apt. but they wanted to get there hair done soooo bad that I had them get it done instead of me. I went somewhere a little cheaper to get mine done. But they do such a great job there, they look soo cute! If they would just let me do their hair like this everyday!

On the 3rd of July we celebrated the 4th of July at the Bishops house. They had a great band, food, games and a parade for the kids. B- and L- had a great time playing with friends. We had a hard time getting them to leave. It was a great way to celebrate our countries freedom. We live in such a wonderful country. And I'm soo grateful to be living here today.
Here is L- the leader of the pack. I don't think she realized that everyone would be watching her, so when they started clapping she said " they were clapping for me mom"L-is showing off her red, white, and blue smile! They look so excited!?

Peace or bunny ears?

What cute girls!

L- found a new friend to play with!

B- is practicing her babysitting skills! I think she will be great!
