Family Reunion

This last summer we went to Salt Lake City, Utah for G's family reunion. It was the first time in years that we have all been together. My parents reserved a place at "This is the Place"Heritage Park. This place was loaded with the history of our church and tons of things for the whole family to do. On the reserved day, we were there all day. We had a picnic, went on train rides, pony rides, did crafts, pet the animals, etc. We were there for a week but that wasen't long enough. I love being with my family and can't wait to see them all again. Great memories were made and will always be remembered!
Beautiful Utah!

I love this picture!

It was so hot the day we went. My mom decided to by us some ice cream to cool off. So we took the little train up to the ice cream shop and enjoyed some cones. My favorite was called playdough, it was so good I have never had it anywhere else.

I thought my mom looked so cute in her hat!

MMMMM Good Ice Cream!

One of the days we were there we went to an indoor water park. It was so fun. It had a lazy river, slides and whirlpool. The kids had a great time. They had so much fun I never got any pictures of them , just Lilly and I hung out together.

Some of the grandkids did some skits and then there were prizes. Everyone thought it was rigged because our family for some reason got most of the prizes.

All us sisters together! So which one looks the youngest?

In Sandy where we stayed there was some hiking trails. Some were farther up then others. The guys went all the way to the top to the lake and went fishing. And then my Dad took my older sister and I about half way up the same trail the next day. It was beautiful up there, I had a feeling of peace as I looked over the green mountains knowing that this is how God tells his children he loves them. We didn't have time to go to the top but I know it would have been an adventure!
