L- Pre-school Graduation

At L- pre-school they have a big graduation for the 4 yr olds every year. It makes them feel so big.
L- graduated from pre-school and will now be moving on to Kindergarten. Here she is with her cap and goody bag. L- loved her teacher Mrs. Curtis, she was great with the kids and taught them so much.
O.K so graduation was a little boring.
Patiently waiting her turn!

No more patience left.

BALLET RECITAL

Their costumes were so cute, they look like little princesses!

The dance has began!!

They are patiently waiting for their turn..

B- and L- had their Ballet Recital Saturday May 16th. They both did a beautiful job! L- had hers at 1p and B- had hers at 4p so we were busy going back and forth. But we really enjoyed watching them. After it was over Daddy got them some flowers and they got to pick the restaurant to eat at."Golden Corral" not my favorite, but the girls love it because they don't have to wait for their food and they can eat as much as they want!

MOTHERS DAY!!

Mothers Day was great! It's a wonderful way to let others serve you and let them serve.First K- took me out on Saturday night to a movie, then before dinner he said that there was somewhere we had to go. He took me to the mall(Kay's Jewelry) and surprised me with some diamond earrings, "I know I couldn't believe it either." He said they were for Mothers Day and our Anniversary(10yr) which was last month. They are the seven diamonds in a curvey line they mean "The Journey of life with your companion" it just meant so much more with that meaning. K- will only do something like this every so often, so it is always a awesome surprise and I love it!!
K-, B- and L- made me breakfast in bed, which was really relaxing. Then it was off to church where all the talks were on Mothers, I then thought of my own mother and how much she has taught me over the years and because I have listened to her I have been truely blessed!

Back at home K- made dinner and cleaned the kitchen twice with no complaint. Then B- rubbed my feet and back. Now that was the high light of my day! I love my children, because of them I have the opportunity to grow as a mother. I truely love being a mom, even though it is really hard at times, I would never trade it!!

These are some pictures from this day... we tryed to get a family one but K- could not figure out the timer on the camera, so we just took turns with each other.

K- has been to Iraq just a FEW times and here he is holding Saddams swords in the green zone!!

Hawaii Island Paradise!

K- doesn't like this picture of him, but it's all part of the experience.

No we have not been drinking, it's the time change!

We walked along the beach to dinner at DUKES.

We stopped along the way to makeout...... because the experience just wouldn't be the same!

Me and Duke! Got to love him.

Yes! Those are MY feet!

K- travels for his job on occasion and this time it was to Hawaii for a week, so he invited me to go with him and I said "why of course Honey I wouldn't want you to go all alone." So we went and had a great time. My mom came from Washington State and watched our kids. She stayed very busy, while we relaxed and enjoyed ourselves.

We would love to go back again soon and bring our kids with us.

Hawaii is much more than they say, there is no place like it!

Playing in the freshly cut grass!

It feels like it has been raining for weeks, so we haven't been able to cut our grass. Today there was a brake in the clouds when K- got home so he was able to cut the grass and it looked so nice I took a picture with B- and L-!!
