This year for Halloween B- was a Pirate and L- was a mermaid, so naturally the pirate was hungry for fish, although I think the mermaid got away without any scratches, I think she charmed her way out of being dinner.

K and G Birthdays
K- and I have our B-days 10 years and 2 days apart. Now some of you might think that is pretty cool but too much cake or having to share a b-day cake is not so fun. So we decided that from now on we would take turns each year with who would get the cake. When we turn an odd number G- gets the cake and when its an even number K- gets a cake. This year was mine turn, K- and the girls got me an ice cream cake, it was really good and I was happy it was my own! K- doesn't look to happy about turning a year older, but I tell him he looks better and better ever year.

First day of School
The first day of the 2010 school year. The girls were very excited as you can see. I love this picture because it really shows their personalities, you can't help but be entertained! L- is definitely very spunky and B- is pretty mellow. But they compliment each other which is great! They are well into the school year and both are doing really well. It was a little adjustment for L- but she is fine now. They both have great teachers that work well with them.

L- Birthday August
It was my baby's b-day back in August and I haven't had a chance to post her party pictures. This year we rented the pool, it was great the kids just swam the whole time. L- had such a great time swimming with all her friends. She is 6 yrs old now and STILL she makes sure everyone knows it. I tell her she is still my baby! I feel lucky to have such a sweet child. Her dad was gone this year so we celebrated a few times, the best one when he came home of course. I don't think she minded! She got alot of great gifts, her favorite was her new princess bike she loves to ride all over the neighborhood.

Our Walt Disney 2010 Summer Vacation!!
This year for our family vacation we went to Disney. We stayed right next to Magic Kingdom. It was a military resort so the deal was AWESOME!! They have a Breakfast and dinner buffet every day. The bus came every 30 mins. and would take you to all the different places on Disney property. The first day we went to the Air and Space museum and the first night was build your own cookie night, the girls had fun doing that. The next day we went to Magic Kingdom, it was sooo hot but we discovered fast past and had a great time seeing and riding all the rides. The second day we went to Blizzard beach, it was my favorite. They have slides for all ages, I didn't get pictures because I was so busy having fun that I forgot. We could have stayed longer. The third day we went to Animal Kingdom. We went on the Safari where you see wild animals up close. It was definitely a jungle experience. B- also went on the rollercoaster ride with her dad, it scared her so much she said she never wants to go again! Then on our fourth day we went back to Magic Kingdom so we could see the parade and fireworks. Our last day we swam and feed the fish and hung out at the resort. It was such a great vacation!!
